"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

No win no fee in Suffolk

Guard rails are everyone’s friends, right up to the point that they aren’t. Rails can fail for any number of reasons, but the more common one is poor maintenance. A poorly maintained rail may well end in the accident victim trying to find out if no win no fee help is available in Mid Suffolk – or wherever they may be at the time.

If somebody is hurt because a guard rail, that they were leaning on, gave way, who is at fault? The company, or local authority, responsible for making sure that the guard rail is regularly ‘serviced’, and is kept safe?

Or is it the fault of the person for leaning on it in the first place?

Clearly, guard and safety rails are meant to withstand sudden shocks and heavy loads or there would not be very much point to them, would there? In this instance, the fault would lie at the feet of those responsible for the rails maintenance.

If the rail itself was up to the job put to it, then it wouldn’t matter if somebody leaned against it or not – that is an accident just waiting for somebody to happen to.

No win no fee help is available in Mid Suffolk

If you have been hurt because of an accident that was not your fault, such as loose or rusty guard rail, then you need to contact us at Accident Advice Helpline.

Even if you have no connection with Mid Suffolk, we can still help because we are a national law firm and no matter where you are in the UK we will be able to take your case. Most claims can be processed over the telephone, and you may never even have to attend court – which is great if you are not that mobile any more due to your accident.

Accident Advice Helpline has been around since the year 2000, taking on tens of thousands of cases since then and giving each and every one the attention that it deserved. There are no second class cases or second class clients here.

When legal was withdrawn for personal injury compensation claims, it left many people without access to the kind of justice they deserved, largely because of the costs involved. Put simply, a price was placed on justice and if you could not afford a lawyer you could not claim compensation.

Thankfully, the conditional fee agreement was introduced soon after. This is also known as the ‘no win no fee’ agreement, and Accident Advice Helpline was among the first to see its potential. Now, so long as you can meet certain criteria, no win no fee help is available to all, and so is the justice that you so rightly deserve.
