"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    Get the compensation you deserve!

It seems that in today’s society everyone is rushing around and showing little consideration for those around them. The consequences of this can often be disastrous and lead to accidents and injuries, in some serious cases even death. In many cases the accident could have been prevented if the person showed a little consideration and was more careful.

Have you been injured in an accident that was not your fault? Was the accident in the last three years? If your answer to these questions is yes then you may be entitled to claim compensation.  Compensation can be claimed for your injuries, pain and suffering. You can also claim for ‘special damages’, which would include loss of earnings and any expenses that have resulted from the accident and your injuries.

    Getting the process started

Accident Advice Helpline can assist you if you are considering claiming compensation. We understand that you may be unsure and will have lots of questions. What information is required?

In order to process your claim we will require as much information as possible regarding the accident. Exactly what happened, where and when. We will also need the names of the negligent party involved. We will require the details of the injuries you sustained and any treatment you received.

To recover your financial losses we will also need documentation to prove the expenses and any losses you have encountered. This could be in the form of receipts, invoices and wage slips.

    Next step

After your no win no fee expert injury solicitors have this information, they will carefully go through it and start putting together a case against the negligent party. They will carefully calculate how much compensation they feel you are entitled to. Your solicitor will write to the negligent party, informing them of the claim you wish to make against them.

If the third party accepts fault then the claim for compensation will be a smooth process, and may be settled within a couple of months. More complex cases and where fault is disputed will take longer to settle and may have to go to court. However do not worry as your solicitor will take care of everything for you.
