If you have been injured in an incident that was not your fault, this is a good place to start. You can call the advice helpline whenever you need to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
    2. Contact Accident Advice Helpline as soon as you start to consider making a claim. That way you can get good advice right from the start of the process.
