    No Fee* Solicitor

If you have had an accident, you have a lot on your mind. But there is one thing that you should remember. There are some things that you should do before you choose the right no fee* solicitor for your accident. Below are the things that you should do in order to help you with winning your case.

Look for witnesses before getting a no fee* solicitor

Look for any witnesses and either ask someone else to get their statement or get their details so that you can talk with them later.  Be sure that the details are gotten regardless so that you are able to get their support in the future if necessary.

Take pictures before getting a no fee* solicitor

If you can, take pictures of the accident scene or get another person to do it. For example, if you slipped on the floor in a store, take a picture of it.  Almost everyone has a phone that has a camera on it now, so there really is no reason not to take pictures at the scene.  A lot of cases have been resolved much easier because someone took pictures of the scene.

Go to the doctor before getting a no fee* solicitor

This is something that your solicitor will tell you to do, too.  It’s also something that should be done even if the injuries are minor.  That’s because the symptoms can get worse later and the fact that you went to the doctor is going to prove that you got the injury from the accident rather than from something else.  You don’t want to have any kind of grey areas when it comes to your case because that is something that the person who is being sued is going to throw back in your face.

Get support and counseling before getting a no fee* solicitor

This is especially important if you have been in a bad accident and you’ve been traumatized.  The other reason that you want to do this is because it will help you with assessing you psychologically.  Your feelings and the way that you have been affected are going to be documented. When you present a lot of evidence, you are going to have a better chance of winning.

Find yourself a no fee* solicitor

The final thing that you want to do is to find a good solicitor to help you with your case.   There are a lot of ones out there that won’t charge you until you win your case, so find one that is going to help you and that won’t charge a lot of money.

These are the things that you should do when you’ve been in an accident.  Need help finding a solicitor? That is what we are here for.
