    No Fee* Claims

If you have been in an accident, one of the things that you want to do is to look for a solicitor to help you with your case. When you are looking for no fee* claims solicitors, you are going to find that there are things that you should consider to help you with finding the right person. Here are some things to consider when you are looking for the solicitors.

Will no fee* claims solicitors think your case is good?

This might seem obvious but you should have a true legal claim to have the support of the court.  As an example, the fact you fell and got hurt doesn’t mean that you’re going to be successful if you make a claim. Your claim elements must be proven, such as the other person being at fault.

Is your position clean to no fee* claims solicitors?

This is another obvious step but a lot of people overlook it. if the defendant knows they’re at fault and you’ve presented a clear case, most businesses or individuals are going to do what they are able to resolve that matter.

Are no fee claims solicitors suggesting compromises?

Sometimes you’ll need to look at your opponent’s viewpoint. They might have an argument that is good or perhaps a claim that they can bring against you.  If this is true you should adjust your position.  If there’s a sum, you might consider reducing the amount you want.  It’s possible that you will get some more money this way than if you went to court.

If the no fee* claims solicitors win, can the other people pay you?

Consider the other person that you’re considering suing.  If you win, can they pay you if you successfully bring a judgment?

Do you have resources and time for court with no fee* claims solicitors?

Litigation takes lots of energy and time, and it also can be draining emotionally.  Due to this you might find that you don’t have the energy or time for family, work, business, or social life when your case keeps going.

What are the time limitations for you and your no fee* claims solicitors?

All of the actions have time limits and after the time has passed you can’t start claims. Therefore you need to find out what the limits are in your case so that you know you are still able to make the claim to get the money you deserve.

These are the things that you want to think about when you are looking for the solicitor for your case. Sometimes it can be hard to find the right person to represent you. If you are finding yourself overwhelmed because you don’t know where to start, we are just a phone call away.  We have helped lots of people just like you to find the right person to represent you.  Call us and we’ll help with finding the solicitor who’s best suited for your case.
