    No claim no fee

We all know where to find plumbers, electricians or builders if we need one and most of us know how we will be charged for their services. Unfortunately, when we have been injured in an accident that wasn’t our fault we may struggle to know how to negotiate the best terms with a personal injury lawyer. Some people may have told you that they know solicitors who can offer you “no win no fee*” terms and others may talk about “no claim no fee*” arrangements. What exactly do these mean and how do they apply to your situation?

This is the time to turn to a claims management company. One of the most established claims management companies in the UK, endorsed by the TV personality Esther Rantzen, is Accident Advice Helpline. You can call them anytime that is convenient to you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Main concerns of people trying to arrange no claim no fee* or no win no fee* advice

“My friends say that I should see a solicitor but I don’t know how.”

Accident Advice Helpline has a national network of around 200 legal partners who will be able to guide you through making a claim for compensation. All you have to do is make the first call and they will help you through the whole process.

“I’m not that sure that I can actually claim for my injuries.”

When you call Accident Advice Helpline the friendly, professional advisors will use a unique 30 second test to assess if you have grounds to make a claim. Even then, there is no obligation for you to go ahead with the claim if you don’t want to. This advice is free.

“Can I arrange no claim no fee* terms with the Accident Advice Helpline?”

All of the 200 legal partners will work for you under what is usually called a no win no fee* arrangement. That way you will not pay anything if your claim is unsuccessful. If you are successful, the fees can usually be claimed from the other party. You will be awarded 100% of your compensation.

“I’m nervous about attending lots of appointments with no claim no fee* solicitors.”

Very few cases appear in court and the majority of cases are handled over the telephone. You may have to attend one local appointment with a doctor who will complete a medical assessment report.

“I’m interested to know how much compensation I will get for my injuries?”

Solicitors cannot guarantee the exact amount of compensation that any one person will get because each claim is unique. It will be useful if you can keep a record of any financial loss that you have incurred as a result of the accident. The time taken for each claim to be resolved varies because every case is so different.  However, your solicitor will handle your case efficiently and will work hard to get the maximum amount of compensation that they can for you.
