How to get exercise when you are too busy and make a no win no fee* accident claim

If you are recovering from a serious accident or illness, exercise is one way for you to recover quickly and easily, and to end up in better shape than you even started off in. However for people that are back at work and have lots of other plans and responsibilities to be getting on with, there just may not be time to get all of the exercise that you want to get.

For some people, the idea of spending an hour in the gym every couple of days is simply laughable, and there has to be another way for these people to get exercise. If you want to get exercise but don’t think that you have time, here are some ways for you to exercise.

    • Walk to work. If you are already back at work then you can either walk all the way to work every day, or walk part of the way and get public transport the rest. Alternatively, you could get public transport into work and then walk home, so that you get your exercise but aren’t in as much of a rush to get back.
    • Try exercises at home. If you can come up with a few exercises that you can do at home, and don’t require you to change or have any equipment, you can simply drop these into your daily routine, so that you do a few squats as you clean the house, or lunges whilst you do laundry.
    • Exercise with friends. Instead of meeting friends in the pub or going for coffee, meet friends in a park for a game of football or tennis, or even just for a long walk and a chat. This is the best way to combine exercise and socialising, and you won’t even feel that you are exercising. If you arrange to meet friends for exercise then you are more likely to go as well.
