Making your personal injury claim estimate

Do you need help making your personal injury claim estimate?

The 30 second calculator on the Accident Advice Helpline homepage is the fastest way to estimate the compensation you could receive for your personal injury. You just have to fill in the information required in the small questionnaire and you will get a rough estimate, plus you will know for sure if you qualify to make a claim or not.

However, you can’t know for sure what your compensation is until the end of the lawsuit.

Is there any better way of making your personal injury claim estimate?

You can always call the Accident Advice Helpline, 0800 689 500. And by always, we literally mean always, there is someone there 24/7 to answer your questions. The Accident Advice Helpline advisors have more than 15 years experience with personal injury claims and could process the data of your case and give you a pretty good injury claim estimate. However, they too can’t guarantee their answer 100%.

What types of accidents does AAH work with?

It’s not important what type of accident lead to your personal injury, as long as it was out of someone else’s fault. It could be a slip, trip or fall, a road accident, medical negligence, an accident at work or anything else. If it happened during the last three years and if it was out of someone else’s fault, then you qualify to make a claim and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.

How much time will a personal injury claim take?

Just as the compensation, the duration of a personal injury claim can only be estimated. If you talk to one of our advisors, they could give you a time injury claim estimate based on the details of your case: the injuries you have suffered and the impact they have on your life.

What does a lawsuit mean in terms of money?

If your injury was minor, it is worth to ask this question and really ponder weather it is worth going through a lawsuit for a compensation that might not be very high. But think if it this way: the compensation is money that you deserve and that should be yours. And the resources you need to put into in order to get it are not as high as you think.

You don’t need to invest any money because AAH works on a no win no fee basis. We only get paid if you are compensated for your injury.
