"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    M62 Accident

The M62 is a busy motorway which connects Liverpool and Hull via Warrington, Salford and Manchester, crossing the Pennines to Bradford and Leeds. It is a main artery across northern England and as such, predictably has its fair share of accidents.

Have you been involved in an M62 accident?

Given the many thousands of vehicles which pass through the various sections of the M62 every day, accidents are fairly commonplace, particularly in certain black spots. If you live or work in the north of England, or were travelling in the region and have been involved in an M62 accident in the last three years through somebody else’s fault, you may be entitled to receive compensation. We can help whether you were a driver or passenger in a car or lorry, whether you were on a motorcycle or a passenger on a bus or coach when your M62 accident happened.

We can help you win compensation for your injuries as well as an amount to cover any financial losses as a direct result of your accident, which may include repair or replacement of your car, the cost of a hire vehicle, the cost of other alternative travel, overnight accommodation if your accident left you stranded, the cost of having your vehicle towed from the motorway and many other items. Keep all receipts for any expenses you think might be relevant so that we can help you claim them back.

We have the largest panel of specialist solicitors in the UK, all of whom work on a no win no fee basis, and we will match your case with the one that is best placed to pursue a successful claim on your behalf. It may be beneficial to refer your case to a solicitor with specific M62 accident experience. As we work with around 200 solicitors’ firms nationwide, we are uniquely placed to do this where necessary.
