Legally entitled to claim?
If you have a legitimate right to claim compensation after an accident that wasn’t your fault, Accident Advice Helpline can help. We’ll do our best to make claiming less stressful and less financially risky too.
Our Liverpool accident claims helpline will tell you what you need to know
All you have to do to get started is call our Liverpool accident claims helpline. There is no charge for your call and all our advice is free. We’ll run through the details of your accident with you and tell you firstly whether you have a right to claim. Then we will outline the chances of your case being successful. Finally, we’ll give you an idea of how much compensation your injuries may entitle you to and ask you if you want to proceed.
There really is no obligation. You are free to take our advice and go elsewhere with your claim. However, if you choose to use Accident Advice Helpline to fight your case, we won’t charge you a penny to get your claim started.
Your case will be passed to our in-house lawyers and allocated to one that has particular experience in accidents of the type you have had. If you’ve been involved in a road traffic accident, for instance, we’ll instruct a lawyer with success in that field. This helps increase the chances of your claim’s success.
All of our lawyers work on a no win, no fee basis. This means you can make your claim with confidence, knowing that you won’t have to pay our fees if it does fail for some reason. More often than not, though, our lawyers win cases, claiming in total £30 million in compensation for our clients each year.
Compensation usually covers more than just your injuries. You could also receive money that will help for loss of earnings if that’s happened in your situation. You may even be repaid for some of the other costs of your accident, such as prescription charges, transport costs, childcare and help around the home. Our Liverpool accident claims helpline advisers will be able to tell you about the kinds of evidence we will need to support your claim.
