What is a legal no win no fee agreement?
The term legal no win no fee arrangement is also known as the Conditional Fee Arrangement and it is an agreement between a solicitor and their client. The agreement stipulates that you do not have to pay your solicitor’s fees if you lose your case. It was introduced when legal aid was no longer available for most negligence and compensation cases.
Solicitor’s fees can be very expensive, the no win no fee arrangement gives a chance to those who may not have been in the financial position to take legal action a fair chance to do so and win the compensation they rightly deserve.
What kind of personal injury claims can no win no fee solicitors help with?

How much compensation will I receive?
The compensation you receive will be dependent on the severity of your injuries and also the financial loss you suffered as a result. Every case is slightly different but your legal no win no fee solicitor will be able to give you an estimate as to how much you should expect.
Would I need to go to court?
Most cases for personal injury compensation are settled out of court. However, if there is dispute over liability and/or the amount of compensation you are entitled to then the case may go to court. In many instances you would not have to attend and your legal no win no fee solicitor would represent you in your absence. Do not worry though as in the rare case that you would need to attend then your solicitor will brief you and explain to you what you should expect.
