Accident Advice Helpline’s Lawyer in Kentish Town

Our Lawyer in Kentish Town is here for those of the town whom have had the unfortunate experience of being involved in an accident which was not their fault, within the last three years*. We are personal injury specialists and have the correct qualifications and expertise in all aspects of personal injury such as slips, trips or falls, road traffic accidents, accidents at work and industrial diseases. We have one of the highest success rates in the country and obtain clients over £35 million every year with the maximum compensation recovered as standard.

No Money Is Ever Needed To Begin A Claim

Our lawyer in Kentish Town knows that nothing will make you immune to accidents and injuries.

There doesn’t need to be malice behind an accident for it to cause you harm, for example a simple sneeze is to blame for over 1,500 road traffic accidents annually in Britain. This however does not have any bearing on a claim, if you were injured and it was not your fault then you should be compensated for it, regardless of the reasons behind the accident.

You can discuss your claim with an advisor in confidence through our helpline on:

Our 24 Hour Advice Helpline is open to all, you do not need to be a client to use this service, or indeed have the intention of becoming one. All advice given is 100% no obligation and there is never any pressure to begin a claim through us.

    Slips, Trips and Falls

We receive over 25,000 enquiries each month and we know that the most popular accident type is slips, trips and falls. If you have suffered a slip, trip or fall this could be down to many different things, such as an uneven pavement, broken kerb, unkempt hedgerows or unmarked step. If it was a damaged surface in need of repair then there should be clear signage indicating this, if this has not been done and you were unaware of the dangers before you accident then you may well be entitled to compensation.

However, if your slip was due to you losing your balance or walking into something, tripping over something you dropped, untied shoe laces and so on then this will not be something that you can claim for. Your accident needs to be as a direct result of someone else’s negligence.

You can begin your claim through our 24 Hour Advice Helpline or online at where you can also use our handy 30 second test!

*The 3 year time period is applied differently to cases of Industrial Disease
