Merseyside is a big place, with many people living and working there. There will be many businesses and companies, as well as retail units offering a variety of services and goods. Even if you have lived there for a very long time, in the event of claiming compensation, we doubt if you would know the right lawyer to approach to help you.
Looking for a lawyer in Merseyside?
We do not have a personal injury lawyer in Merseyside working directly for us but this doesn’t matter, we can still help you claim as we are a national injury law firm that covers all areas of the UK. So if you need a personal injury lawyer in Merseyside or anyway make us your first point of call.
Getting the right advice
Like all things in life, it is important to get the right information and the right advice to be able to make an informed decision. Everyone is different – it makes for a rich tapestry of life – and every compensation claim is different. Accidents differ, injuries vary and how these injuries will impact of the future is different from person to person.
The ‘one size fits all’ approach when it comes to claiming compensation does not work. Which is why here at Accident Advice Helpline we created a brilliant assessment tool that moulds itself to your potential compensation claim. We have called it the COMPENSATION CALCULATOR!
How it works
ALL compensation cases must meet the criteria laid down in personal injury law. This is the section of British law that dictates how, why and when a compensation claim can be made.
With the help of our experienced and specialist lawyers, we have developed a tool that you can use online on our website or by calling us on 0800 689 0500.
What exactly is it?
The compensation calculator is a series of questions, to which you answer ‘yes or no’ in the first instance. After only 30 seconds, it will give you an initial indication of whether you have an eligible claim for compensation or not.
If it says yes…
You can choose to speak to an adviser who will gather some more information from you. Once they have done this, you have another decision to make – should you go ahead or not?
Claiming compensation is not compulsory and many people decide not to continue for their own, personal reasons. But some people do opt to continue and if this is the case, with your express permission, we will instruct one of our lawyers to take your case.
They will then contact you, to discuss all the options open to you and the best way to take your claim to its successful conclusion.
If it says no…
You can still talk to us here at AAH as we may be able to offer advice or signpost you to other agencies or companies who may be able to help with some aspect of your situation. However, here at AAH, we have stringent guidelines, laid down in law that tells what we can and cannot do when it comes to claiming compensation.
Why not have a chat with us today? We are open now, call 0800 689 0500.
