At Accident Advice Helpline, we strive to provide the best injury claim assistance possible for our clients. Innocent accident victims often need help with a variety of issues in relation to claiming compensation for their injuries. So we have provided the answers below to the questions most commonly asked by our clients in the course of a compensation claim.

Do you need to find a lawyer directory?

We offer expert legal advice about your claim, which is backed up by our in-house team of legal experts. There is no actual lawyer directory, but if there were then our solicitors would surely be in it. Our advisers will let you know if you have a qualifying claim, and in order to give you an idea of whether it is worthwhile starting a claim, they can offer you an estimate of the compensation that you could receive.

Why you should choose us to deal with your claim?

Our experience of processing personal injury claims, which has been formed over a period of more than 15 years, allows us to provide a supportive and proactive service to all our customers. We deal with thousands of claims every year, ranging from claims for road traffic accidents to workplace accident claims. No lawyer directory would be complete without us.

How much do our services cost?

We operate on a no-win, no-fee basis, so it will cost you nothing to start a claim for compensation. The no-win, no-fee arrangement means that justice is accessible to everyone, as any financial risks to our clients are minimised.

How do you get help from one of our lawyers?

Without the help of any lawyer directory, we will provide you with the best legal expert for your particular case.

What are the criteria for filing a claim?

There are 3 general criteria that need to be met in order to have a legitimate claim.

    • You must not have been to blame for the accident
    • You should have received medical attention for your injuries following the accident and
    • In most cases the accident must have happened within the last 3 years, although there are certain exceptions to this rule

By taking advantage of our in-depth knowledge and legal expertise, your claim will be processed with less hassle and stress. Once you have provided all the required documentation for your solicitor, you can sit back and let them do all the hard work, knowing that we will keep you updated on any developments in your case.
