    Lawyer car accident insurance

    For a lawyer, car accident insurance companies need to stand up and be counted

    For a lawyer, car accident insurance companies present a dilemma for them and it is that on the one hand, the lawyers are trying to get insurance companies to face up to their responsibility, knowing that if they do face up to their responsibility then the specialist car accident lawyer will be out of work.

    It is a strange phenomenon that by bringing companies to justice and making them face up to their responsibilities and pay accident compensation they change the law and this change eventually will mean the lawyers will herald the end to their use.

    If you speak to a lawyer, you soon realise that they have a sense of what is morally right and that whilst financial reward is part of the equation it is not the ultimate goal of a compensation lawyer. There is always the sense of justice at the heart of their work. The pride of knowing that, at the end of a successful case, an individual’s faith has been restored in the system.

    For a lawyer, car accident insurance companies that refuse to pay out insurance or try to pay the bare minimum are seen as fair game to receive the full force of the law. Individuals, after all, obediently pay their insurance premiums in good faith that the insurance company will do what they say they will do when they sign up individuals for the policy. For the insurance company to then renege on their side of the bargain seems in the eyes of most lawyers to be most unfair and should be addressed using the law.

    Accident Advice Helpline (AAH) works with hundreds of solicitors who have expert legal knowledge, all having many years correcting the wrongs of insurance companies who think that, because they are very large, can ‘push’ people around and not pay out on compensation claims. For a lawyer, car accident victims are entitled to accident compensation and whether it is a whiplash injury or a traumatic brain injury; all potential claimants receive the same individual care and attention with regard to their compensation claims. Unlike companies trying to negate their responsibility, a lawyer working with AAH will try and level the playing field on behalf of the accident victims.

    For a lawyer, car accident victims who win compensation claims are;

    1. Paving the way for others to claim what is rightfully theirs.
    2. In a strange way helping make the car accident specialist redundant.

    The fact that a lawyer has seen justice served and innocent victims compensated properly; this is the ultimate goal. A further question is raised when whole industries grow out of trying to stop people claiming compensation because of negligence. The ethics of companies who have so much influence in society and make so much money from the citizens of the society must be brought in to question.

    In the meantime, while these companies try and mitigate their responsibility, companies like AAH will continue to work on behalf of innocent victims. Simply call Accident Advice Helpline on their freephone numbers 0800 689 0500 or 0333 500 0993 from a mobile.
