Kent No Win No Fee* Accident

If you’re planning a long train journey and are a bit short of money, you would be well advised to prepare yourself a packed lunch to take with you. Either that, or take the opportunity to purchase some refreshments from a supermarket before you travel.

If you do not, your only option will be buy something from the buffet trolley or carriage if you want something to eat. If you travel by train regularly, you will be familiar with just how expensive this can be. Just buying a coffee and a packet of crisps on a train will leave you with little change from a £5 note, which is ridiculous.

Another problem with consuming hot beverages, aside from the price, on a train is the fact that if you do not take care, you could end up spilling hot liquid on yourself and suffering burns if the motion of the train were to cause you to move suddenly. If you’re keen of eye and steady of hand, this might not be too much of a problem, but what would happen if you were served by a clumsy buffet trolley or carriage worker?

You could end up with hot coffee, or tea for that matter, all over you. If this were to happen, there would be a chance that you might find yourssefl in a position where you could be able to make a claim for Kent no win no fee* accident compensation.

Train burn injuries and a Kent ‘no win, no fee*’ accident claim

You’ve set off on your train journey, just after the morning rush hour. You’re fortunate enough to secure a nice window seat, and have pretty much the whole carriage to yourself. You settle down and start to read your book, with all thoughts of being involved in an accident that was not your fault very far from your mind indeed.

The buffet trolley and its operator enter your carriage, and you decide to buy yourself a nice cup of coffee and a bar of chocolate. The operator hands you your chocolate without incident, but when it comes to serving the coffee, things don’t go so well.

The buffet trolley worker failed to secure the plastic top to the cup, and when passing your drink to you, dropped it, causing boiling hot coffee to burn your bare arms. Under these circumstances, you might well have the grounds on which a Kent no win no fee* accident compensation claim could be made.

If you would like to find out if you could be in a position to claim Kent ‘no win, no fee*’ accident compensation, call Accident Advice Helpline today. Calls are free and lines are open 24 hours a day.
