    Ipswich car accident

If you have been involved in an Ipswich car accident for which you were not to blame, we may be able to assist you in claiming a compensation settlement. Our no win no fee solicitors here at Accident Advice helpline are always on hand to listen to your story and advise you on your best course of action. We can also take on your case and fight for the maximum compensation on your behalf.

    Who can claim?

Anyone who has been injured in a road traffic accident can seek compensation, providing that the accident was clearly caused by another person and providing that the accident took place no more than 3 years ago.

How much is an Ipswich car accident claim worth?

There is no one single answer to this question. The amount of compensation you, or anyone else, could receive after being injured in a car accident, will vary a lot depending on the severity of your injuries and the impact they are likely to have on the rest of your life.

For example, someone who is permanently brain damaged in a collision is likely to be entitled to a lot more than someone who sustains a less severe head injury such as a minor concussion, simply because it will affect their ability to live normally for the rest of their life, and they may need round the clock care.

However, this should not put you off making a claim if you have relatively minor injuries, as even a fairly minor case of whiplash could lead to a settlement of between £850 and £2,500.

How soon should I file a claim?

You have 3 years from the date of your accident to make a claim for personal injury compensation, unless you were a child at the time, then you will have 3 years from the day you turn 18 to launch a claim. However, we would suggest that you file a car accident claim as soon after the accident as possible because the details will be fresh in your mind and the mind of the witnesses you may need to call upon too.

    Can I afford your help?
