Accident Advice Helpline
If you in Inverness and want to make an Inverness accident claim, why not contact Accident Advice Helpline today to find out if you are eligible?
There are some specific criteria that needs to be met in order for you to be able to make a claim, and we can tell you whether or not you meet those criteria.
For example, the accident needs to have occurred within the last three years (although there can be some situations in which this time limit can be extended, so give us a call if you are unsure), you need to have received some form of injury in Inverness to make an Inverness accident claim and the accident itself should not have been your fault.
If you are unsure about any of these points you can take our 30 second test which will not only tell you whether or not you qualify to make a claim but will also tell you how much your claim might be worth. Alternatively you can pick up the phone and give us a call. We have a free phone helpline number for you to use and our team are always available to answer your questions about making a claim. They can even provide you with some free, no obligation advice to help you make the right decision for you about progressing with your case.
The claims process
Making an Inverness accident claim is easy, once you have decided you want to proceed.
You will be allocated one of our in house solicitors who will walk through the entire process with you. They will need you to grant them access to your medical records (we just need you to complete a form stating that you are Okay with this) and then they will arrange for you to be seen by an independent medical expert. This expert will assess your injuries and the impact they are continuing to have on your day to day life and will compile a report for the other side to see. This report will form the basis for determining how much compensation you are likely to receive.
