Here at Accident Advice Helpline our solicitors handle a lot of claims for work injury compensation.
This means that if you have been injured in an accident and are entitled to make a claim for personal injury, our solicitors can get work injury compensation on your behalf so you don’t have to.
The process itself is very simple.
If you have been injured in an accident of any description you will obviously initially seek medical attention. Once you have received the appropriate treatment, and are feeling suitably recovered from your ordeal, you may start to think that the person who was responsible for the accident, and therefore your injuries, should be held accountable.
This is where the claim for work injury compensation starts. Initially you should contact Accident Advice Helpline to establish that you are in fact entitled to make a claim.
You can do this by either getting in touch with us on our freephone helpline number or completing our online enquiry form.
Alternatively you can take our “30 second test” which you will find here on our website. All you will need to do is answer a few short and simple questions about the nature of your accident and the type of injury, or injuries, you sustained. We can then tell you if you are likely to be able to make a claim, in which case our solicitors will do the injury work for compensation on your behalf, and we can also tell you how much that claim might actually be worth.
Once you have determined that you are entitled to make a claim you will then need to be allocated one of our solicitors. We can do this for you and will find the best legal representation for your specific situation.
Our solicitors will then gather all of the information and any documentation required to prove your case. You will need to grant access to your medical records, which will form part of the evidence of the initial injury. Your solicitor will then arrange for you to see an independent medical expert who will assess the extent of your injuries. It is this assessment that is used to determine the final amount of compensation for your personal injury that you are entitled to.
Your solicitor will then deal directly with the third party, or their legal representation, to expedite your case. This means that you won’t need to worry about a thing. Our solicitors will keep you updated and informed throughout the process, but you won’t have to get involved in all the nitty gritty of the process.
There’s even a very good chance that you won’t have to go to court – saving you time and added expense.
Our solicitors will also ensure that you are able to claim back any out of pocket expenses you have incurred. Contact us today. We’re waiting for your call!
