"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    Esther Rantzen

    Injury solicitors throughout the country

Accident Advice Helpline are one of the largest personal injury firms in the country, with injury solicitors throughout the country who can provide the very best service possible to all of our clients. In this article, we’ll look at what the firm do and how we help thousands of clients every year to get the compensation they deserve.

    A history of excellence

Accident Advice Helpline came into being in 2000. This was a time when life for anyone looking to make a claim was becoming tough. The law had recently been changed regarding how it approached personal injury claims — it was no longer possible to claim legal aid, and the amount of government help in finding lawyers was diminishing.

It was a perfect environment for a company such as us. We decided to make it easier and more affordable for everyone to make a claim. That’s why we decided that a key part of what we would do was to provide injury solicitors throughout the country, all of whom worked on a no win no fee basis.

    About fees

Because people were now paying their own fees, this presented a number of problems – namely, fewer people could afford to take the risk of making a claim.

The traditional approach was to pay lawyer’s fees and hope you won the case so your compensation covered the amount you’d paid out. Obviously that had problems if you lost the case; you’d be left with a big bill to cover, and nothing to cover it with.

So, we decided to make a simple promise. If we were unable to help you win your case, then you would owe us nothing. In other words, the fates of the lawyers and the client were inextricably linked. We could only get paid by helping you to get the compensation we had promised.

Finding injury solicitors throughout the country

Because we have injury solicitors throughout the country, we are able to extend that great offer to everyone in the country regardless of where they are based.

Equally, thanks to our 24-hour helpline location is less of an issue when it comes to getting advice. You can simply call us up at any time and speak to a member of our team. They will provide all the help and support you need in making a claim.

We will only tell you to press ahead with a claim if we truly believe you have a good case. That avoids wasting time and money, and gives you cause for optimism. If we have decided to take on your case, then it’s a good indication that we think you have a better than even chance of winning.

So, to find out how we can help you to find injury solicitors throughout the country, call us on 0800 689 0500, or 0333 500 0993 from a mobile.
