"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    Injury Solicitors in Purleigh

Purleigh is a village in Essex, surrounded by countryside, so it would appear unlikely that it would be home to a firm of injury solicitors Purleigh. If you need the services of injury solicitors Purleigh, or another firm, but you can’t find any close to you, call us at Accident Advice Helpline and we will try to put you in contact with one of our expert injury solicitors.

They operate all over the country, and are specialists in their very different fields. They all work on a no-win no fee* basis; good news as there is no longer legal aid for personal injury compensation claims.

    Injury solicitors in Purleigh

You may need injury solicitors Purleigh, for example if you have had an accident in which you sustained injuries, and you can prove that you were in no way to blame for it. You would usually have three years in which to file a claim, although in some instances you only have two. Check with an injury solicitor, or with us at Accident Advice Helpline, to find out how long you have in which to file your particular claim.

If you have been diagnosed with an illness which you can prove was caused by another person’s negligence, you may also be trying to locate a firm of injury solicitors so that you can file a personal injury compensation claim against the person you believe to be responsible for your illness. You have three years in which to make your claim for an illness such as this.

    Illness while on holiday

If you booked a package holiday through a UK tour operator, you may, on your return to the UK, file a personal injury claim against the operator if you had food poisoning (for example) after eating at your hotel. You wouldn’t be able to make a claim for the illness, however, if you became ill after eating at a local restaurant. This is because the hotel owner, the staff and your holiday representative are all representatives of the UK tour operator, while people outside the hotel are not.

You should keep all the receipts for medication and medical treatment, so that you can be reimbursed if your claim is successful. You probably wouldn’t be the only person with the illness, and on your return you could file a joint claim with your fellow-guests.
