"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    Injury solicitors in North Wales

High winds and ferocious storms have caused havoc in North Wales this winter (2013/14). In January 2014 three evergreen trees fell in a violent storm on a children’s playground. On 4th February 2014, a tree fell on the Cadwgan Hotel in Dyfryn Ardudwy in Gwynedd. The owner said that he had been meaning to cut the trees after three of them fell in strong winds, but he simply hadn’t got around to doing this. The storms also caused havoc to the transport system, especially as a tree fell on the Cambrian Coast Railway line.

If anyone had been injured in an accident similar to this, it might have been possible to claim that the negligence of the owner had caused their injuries as he had not cut down the trees as he had intended.

    Injury solicitors in North Wales

If you have been injured in an accident and you and your injury solicitors in North Wales or elsewhere, could prove that someone else’s negligence was the cause, you may be entitled to make a personal injury compensation claim against the person you believe to be responsible for the accident. If the accident occurred within the British Isles, then you usually have three years from the date of the accident to file your claim. However, there are other accidents which you must claim for within two years. To find out how long you have to file your claim, check with injury solicitors in North Wales, or ones based close to where you live, or with us at Accident Advice Helpline.

You may also be seeking injury solicitors in North Wales if you have been diagnosed with an illness which you can prove was caused by another person’s negligence. You have three years in which to file a personal injury compensation claim for such an illness.

How do I begin to file a claim?

First of all, you have to find an injury solicitor who is an expert in dealing with the type of claim you want to make. For example, if you think you have a case of clinical negligence, you would need an expert in this field. There would be no point in hiring a solicitor whose experience and expertise is in dealing with road traffic accident claims. If you are unable to find a suitable injury solicitor, call us at Accident Advice Helpline and we will try to put you in touch with an expert solicitor who will represent you on a no-win, no fee basis.
