    Injury Solicitor in Upton Lovell

Upton Lovell is a village and civil parish found within the county of Wiltshire in south west England. The village is situated on the A36 road, close to the town of Warminster and along the course of the River Wylye. Upton Lovell has a long history as an ancient settlement and has a medieval Church of England parish church dedicated to Saint Augustine, which has surviving records of baptisms, marriages and funerals dating back all the way to 1653. Today, one of the more famous buildings in the village is undoubtedly the village pub, named the Prince Leopold in honour of Queen Victoria’s son, the Duke of Albany, who lived in the neighbouring village of Boyton and died of haemophilia in 1884.

Despite this long history of settlement, modern day Upton Lovell is by no means a large or densely populated dwelling with a population of only 183 according to the 2001 census. What this means is that for an injury solicitor Upton Lovell is clearly not a very common source of personal injury compensation claims.

    Injury Solicitor in Upton Lovell

As mentioned earlier, for an injury solicitor, Upton Lovell is a largely uncommon source of compensation claims but this is not the same as saying that for an injury solicitor, Upton Lovell residents cannot ever make a claim. This is the case as these residents have an equal entitlement to claim in the correct circumstances as anybody else, but the fact is that with such a low population the chance of a claim arising in the village is simply much lower. If an Upton Lovell resident were to look to make a claim however, they would likely ask some or all of the following questions about the claims process.

When And Why Is Compensation Available?

The law states that if you fall ill or are injured and it was demonstrably somebody else’s fault, whether this is an individual or an organisation, then you are entitled to seek personal injury compensation. This compensation is then awarded in order to provide the victim with some form of recompense for the physical, emotional and financial pain that they have suffered.
