"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    Injury Lawyers in Bulphan

Bulphan is a village within the Borough of Thurrock in the county of Essex in the south east of England. It is situated approximately 21 miles north east of Charing Cross in London and is close to the eastern side of the M25 motorway. Despite the spelling, the name of the village is actually pronounced “Bull-vein” and not “Bull-fan,” but this is a fact that is little known outside of the village’s own residents. The main features of the village are the Bulphan village hall and park, St Mary the Virgin Church and the Bulphan Church of England Voluntary Controlled Primary School.

Despite these excellent facilities, the village only has a population of 750 according to the latest estimates, making it a relatively small settlement. This means that for injury lawyers in Bulphan it is a relatively uncommon source of personal injury compensation claims.

This does not mean, however, that the area never produces claims. This is an important point as the accidents or injuries which create claims can occur anywhere, large or small, so Bulphan residents are just as entitled to claim as those who live in larger urban areas. Wherever you live, if you think you may be entitled to claim compensation, you are likely to have a number of questions about the process. The remainder of this article will attempt to answer some of these.

How Long Do You Have to Place a Claim?

If your claim will regard an injury you suffered as a minor or an industrial disease such as asbestos poisoning, then the time limits will depend on your individual circumstances. However, for all other types of claim you must begin proceedings within three years of the incident in or question, or otherwise you lose your ability to claim.
