But that is not all we are proud of. We are really proud to have to be working with Esther Rantzen, the consumer champion, as the face of Accident Advice Helpline! Esther Rantzen is one of the best-known and best loved faces on British television.
For over twenty years she produced and hosted “That’s Life!” the most successful consumer programme in the history of television. Following on from this success for seven years she hosted her own talk show, “Esther” for the BBC, as well as ITV’s social action programme. “That’s Esther”.
Her career expands further than the TV screen as she has also presented leading radio topical programmes.
Perhaps her most ground breaking work she has been involved in making various hard hitting documentaries which tackle current social issues such as child abuse, drugs, mental health and childbirth. Some of these have had such an impact that they have resulted bringing forward changes in current laws and practice.
So as you can probably guess we are very proud and delighted to be working with Esther Rantzen, the consumer champion, as the face of Accident Advice Helpline. What better person could we ask for?! Esther has been campaigning for the Accident Advice Helpline for almost ten years now. So as well as being a positive working relationship between Esther Rantzen and Accident Advice Helpline it has also been a long lasting one.

Esther did not just join us without doing her research on whom we are and what we do. She has fully investigated Accident Advice Help lines processes and customer service. Here is what she found:
