Bampton is a village and civil parish in the Eden District of Cumbria on the edge of the Lake District National Park. The parish had a population of 283 according to the 2001 census. The parish includes the villages of Bampton and Bampton Grange. Until 2005 Bampton had a village school, which closed due to lack of children. There is one bed and breakfast in the village, as well as a small caravan site and garage. It is a sleepy, picturesque place with the locals being from generations gone by; it’s the kind of place where “everyone knows everyone,” and this is the trouble that an injury lawyer in Bampton would have with helping villagers to obtain the compensation to which they could be entitled.
The problems we face with helping people are as follows.
I live in a small place and am worried about the stigma.
We understand that there can be stigma attached to compensation claims, which is why we handle all cases in the strictest of confidence; we do not pass on your information or details to any third parties. We will never turn up on your doorstep causing tongues to wag and curtains to twitch. We can deal with the majority of clients just on the phone, and if we do need to meet face to face then we can do this at a location to suit you.
I work office hours and cannot contact throughout the day.
Accident Advice Helpline have our phone lines manned 24/7 by trained staff members, who are always available to take your call. No matter what time of day or day of the week it is, we have someone who is fully trained, friendly and professional waiting to help you. It is free to phone, so there really is nothing to lose.
I want to get in touch but am worried I will be hounded.
Accident Advice Helpline offer free no-obligation advice. We are recommended by celebrity consumer champion Esther Rantzen, who says, “If you call Accident Advice Helpline, I promise you will receive free advice, that no money is required to make a claim and no win no fee means exactly that.” If after you have received our expert advice you wish to take your claim no further, there is absolutely no pressure to do so.
I’d like to understand things myself before I speak to an advisor.
