Do you live in Surrey, and have you been injured in an accident that was not your fault? If you can prove that someone else was to blame for your accident, you may be eligible to make an injury compensation claim in Surrey. To find out more, contact us at Accident Advice Helpline.

Take the first step towards making an injury compensation claim in Surrey

Your first step towards making an injury compensation claim in Surrey should be to contact us at Accident Advice Helpline. If you speak with one of our legal advisers you can find out whether or not you actually have a valid claim to make. You can explain how your accident happened and tell the adviser about your injuries. When you have done this, if you do have a valid claim to make, you could begin the claims’ process over the phone.

Don’t delay any longer, as you may not have as much time as you think to make your claim. Although most accidents and so the injuries that arise from them have a three-year-limitation period, not all do. You may not have as long as you think to file your claim.

Contact us at Accident Advice Helpline now to find out how long you have left to file your potential claim.

    Accidents and limitation periods

If your accident happened in the UK, you usually have three years from its date to file your claim. This is not always the case, however. You may only have a matter of months to file a claim, so don’t delay, contact us at Accident Advice Helpline today.

If your accident occurred at sea, then you have only two years to claim for injuries arising from it. If you were involved in an accident aboard an aircraft, you also only have two years to make your claim.

If you miss the deadline for making a claim, you could only make it if you can prove that there were exceptional circumstances that had prevented you from doing so within the limitation period.
