    Hurt at work in Stroud

    Personal Injury Solicitors in Stroud

Have you been hurt at work in Stroud?  Working towards a deadline is already fairly tricky for anyone. Not only does working towards a deadline mean that you have a tight schedule to stick to, and very little time to deal with problems and changes, but often it will mean trying to do your best work whilst at the same time working against the clock.

Have you been hurt at work in Stroud?

If you are managing a team, it comes down to you to ensure that the deadline is reached and if the deadline is missed or the work isn’t good enough you will be the one to take the blame. If you are a team manager for any important project, here are some ways that you can ensure that your deadline is reached.

    • Work out what needs to be done. You cannot organise your team properly if you are not sure what exactly needs to be done, so sit down and write down all of the tasks you are hoping to complete towards the deadline.
    • Organise tasks in order of importance. You should work out what needs to be done first to ensure that everything is completed in time and then organise your list so that the most important things are at the top, and things like checking and editing come last.
    • Give each team member a task. Instead of having everyone work towards the deadline at once, give each team member a task that is more manageable, and their own deadline to reach it. Try to ensure that each team member is given a task that best suits their skills and experience so that you know the tasks are being completed by the best person for it.
    • Give plenty of time for changes. Make sure that each team member has a deadline which allows a couple of weeks for checking and changes. It is better to have more time left at the end than to allow more time at the beginning in case something goes wrong.
