"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    Esther Rantzen

    How much compensation?

It’s not being mercenary, money-grabbing or gold digging. Whatever one could call it, knowing how much your compensation claim may be worth after being involved in an accident on the road, at work, or on holiday is important to you. Your life may have changed dramatically for the worse because of the accident, and you want to be sure that you’re going to be able to survive financially.

    Type of injury

Having been victim of an accident which was no fault of yours, whatever the circumstances or location, you will want to be told how much compensation you can get. By calling Accident Advice Helpline, we can quickly estimate how much you’re likely to receive for your type of injury or injuries and then start a claim on your behalf. Having heard our advice, the decision to proceed would be entirely yours of course.

As soon as you speak to us, we’ll need you to complete a short test which lasts no more than half a minute. In this, we can confirm the important bits – that the accident was not your fault, that you received medical treatment and that it happened within the last three years.

    How much compensation?

Just how much compensation you get depends on a number of factors. These will include:

    • The extent and severity of your injuries
    • Your age at the time of the accident
    • The length of recovery time
    • The degree of your disabilities
    • Your occupation or profession
    • Your pre-accident lifestyle and activity

    Personal circumstances

All claims are different and our no-win, no-fee* solicitors preparing your claim, will take all your personal circumstances into consideration. In the case of minor injuries, settlements can be made out of court, and many claims can actually be handled by phone and mail.

    Open Claim Calculator

To give you an idea of how much compensation you might receive, you can fill in our 30-second test. However, you should remember that this is an approximate amount as each case is assessed differently, depending on a number of factors.
