Help with compensation in the Isles of Scilly

Personal Injury Solicitors in Isles of Scilly

As you may well know, Accident Advice Helpline is one of the leading 100% no-win, no-fee* personal injury law firms in the United Kingdom. This means that we will be able to take on the financial risk of the compensation claims that we deal with. However, we can’t just provide help with compensation in the Isles of Scilly to everybody that comes our way. We do have to be very selective about the type of case that we take on. On this page, we are going to help you to decide whether we are the right choice for you or not.

    When did the incident occur?

For the most part, if you wish for help with compensation in the Isles of Scilly then you are going to need to make that compensation claim within three years. There are, however, a few exceptions to this rule. They are very minor exceptions though. This includes, for example, being able to make a compensation claim outside of this time limit if you are suffering from an industrial disease.

We recommend absolutely everybody starts their compensation claim as soon as possible. The earlier you start that claim for compensation, the easier you will find being successful. This is why we have various processes in place. For example; we have the ability to handle most compensation claims over the telephone, which means that you will be able to start the claim process before you have even started to recover from your injuries.

    Were you injured?

We are a personal injury law firm only. This means that we can only assist in those claims where a person may have been injured. We do not deal with any other compensation claim here.

Now, it is all well and good saying that you were injured, however, we are going to need some proof for you. Make sure that when you get in touch with Accident Advice Helpline, you supply us with a medical report. If you have no medical report, we can’t help you. This is because it is the most important piece of evidence and it will also be used to determine how much compensation you may be entitled to.

    Who is to blame?

You can’t claim compensation if you are the party at fault. You can only claim compensation if you can prove, on the balance of probabilities, that it was the actions of another person which led to your injuries occurring. You will, of course, need to provide us with evidence to prove your claim.
