    How do I know if I qualify?

    In order to raise an accident compensation claim, the incident should have occurred within the last three years and have been the fault of somebody else. Your injuries should have been treated by a doctor or hospital. If you’d like to raise a personal injury compensation claim, you need to have been at least 18 years of age at the time of the accident.
