Help with claiming after an accident in Islington

    Personal Injury Solicitors in Islington

Are you looking for help with claiming after an accident in Islington? Well, you have landed on the right webpage. Here, we at Accident Advice Helpline are going to help you decide whether our personal injury law firm is the right law firm to provide you with representation.

We are very selective about who we work with

Sadly, we can’t provide help with claiming after an accident in Islington to absolutely everybody that comes our way. This is, simply, down to the fact that we operate on a 100% no win, no fee* basis. This means that we will be taking on the financial risk of the compensation claims that come our way. This means that everybody who is entitled to claim compensation can do so, even if their bank balance currently reads ‘zero’.

The rest of this page will be dedicated to helping you to decide whether your compensation claim meets our guidelines.

    Did you suffer an injury?

If you wish to claim compensation through Accident Advice Helpline, you do need to be aware that we are a personal injury law firm. This means that we will only be able to deal with compensation claims where an injury was suffered. We can’t deal with compensation claims that relate to damaged property and the like.

Now, it does not matter all that much with regards to the severity of your injury. We can deal with all types of injury here. What does matter, however, is that you are able to provide us with a medical report of the severity of your injuries. If you can’t provide us with this piece of evidence, you can’t claim compensation through us.

    When did the incident occur?

Generally speaking, you will have three years from the date of the incident to make a claim for compensation. This should be more than enough time. In some cases, this time limit can be increased. This is only in very niche cases, however. For example; you are able to go outside of the three year time limit if you are suffering from an industrial disease.

    Who is to blame?

You can’t claim compensation from anybody if you are the party to blame for the injuries. If you wish to work with Accident Advice Helpline, you need to demonstrate that the injuries you are suffering from are the result of the negligent actions of another person or a company. We will help you to gather all of the evidence that you need in order to prove your claim here.
