    "If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    How to find out if you’re entitled to compensation with our Havant accident claims helpline

    One of the main reasons accident victims do not make a claim for compensation is that they do not know they are legally entitled to do so. Because some solicitors will charge you for an initial consultation, you may feel it is not worth throwing good money away when you don’t even know whether your claim is likely to be successful. Accident Advice Helpline will advise you for free whether you have a legal right to claim through our Havant accident claims helpline. One quick phone call will tell you all you need to know.

    Contact our Havant accident claims helpline for on-the-spot, free legal advice

    • To discuss your claim with no obligation and in confidence, ring our accident claims helpline on 0800 689 0500, or 0333 500 0993 from a mobile;
    • You can alternatively text ‘claim365’ to 88010; or try the 30 second test on our website

    We’ll take a few details about your accident. We usually need to know when your accident happened, because there is a legal time limit for making a claim. This is three years from the date of the accident in the majority of cases, but sometimes you may have a shorter or longer time to make your claim. This is why it’s important to seek advice as soon as possible, so you know where you stand.

    We also need to know who was to blame. A successful claim depends on the responsible party accepting liability, whether they were careless, negligent or committed a criminal act. And finally, we need to know about your injuries. You must have had to seek medical treatment for them. The level of compensation you are awarded will usually be based on their severity and how they have negatively affected your daily life.

    Our Havant accident claims helpline advisers will not only tell you whether you have a right to claim, they will also give you an idea of your chances of success and how much compensation you could get. They can even tell you about the process of claiming, so you know what to expect if you commit yourself to taking a case forward with us.

    What you choose to do with the information is up to you. However, if you want to go ahead and make a claim, we can refer your case straight to one of our specialist lawyers. It won’t cost you anything to get your claim started and all our lawyers work on a no win, no fee basis. This removes the risk of you having to pay our legal fees if your case is unsuccessful.
