"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    Hart Car Accident Claim

Making a Hart car accident claim for compensation is a legal right that all innocent victims of accidents can pursue. There are several reasons why very few of them actually claim the compensation they deserve, most of them are common misconceptions and based on out-dated information.

I cannot afford to make a Hart car accident claim

Yes you can! The no win no fee agreement means that your financial situation does not have to be a consideration in making a claim, as you do not have to find any money to start it, or if it is lost. There is no financial risk for victims who want to see through their legal rights.

A broken leg is not bad enough to claim for

Yes it is! Any injury that is severe enough to need medical attention is bad enough to claim compensation for, and a broken leg certainly falls within that criteria.

A Hart car accident claim will take too long

No it won’t! No one can put a time scale on the length a claim will take, but some victims get the compensation in just a few weeks, others take a few months. Even if you are one of the victims it takes a little longer for, you have a right to the compensation and should have a little patience. At Accident Advice Helpline, we will do all we can to resolve your claim as speedily as possible, without jeopardising the outcome.

The accident I was in isn’t covered

Yes it is! All accidents come within the scope of personal injury claims, as long as you were not to blame, you needed medical attention and the claim is being made within the correct time frame.

I have left it too late

Maybe not! That depends on how long you have left it. You have three years from the date of the accident to make your claim, unless you were under 18 at the time of the accident when you have three years from your 18th birthday. Industrial illnesses are slightly different as well as with them you have three years from the date your illness was diagnosed.

A Hart car accident claim is not worth the effort for the amount I will get

Yes they are! When you make your claim with Accident Advice Helpline, there we be very little effort involved for you – we do all the work and let you concentrate on your recovery. If you go to our website you will find our 30-second test which will give you an estimate of how much your compensation could be. You might just be surprised at how much you could be entitled to, and although this is only an estimate, it is the deciding factor for many victims when they are considering making a compensation claim.
