"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    Expert legal help in Fife

Accident Advice Helpline was set up in 2000 to make it easier for everyone to make a claim. Here we’ll tell you more about how we work and what we do to help you to get expert legal help in Fife.

    About us

Accident Advice Helpline has always been a law firm where people are put first. This is why we decided to start up back in 2000. We felt that the tables were in danger of turning against people who wanted to make a claim. The removal of legal aid back in 2000 meant that people might find themselves liable to pay the full costs of their legal bills. That could be difficult enough if they won their case and had the compensation to soften the blow, but if they lost then they could be in serious financial trouble.

There are all sorts of horror stories of people who had gone to court in order to claim compensation only find themselves being driven further and further into debt. The problem was that the most vulnerable people were being affected – which meant many people went without the compensation that could have been crucial in helping them get their life back on track.

Getting expert legal help in Fife

Our service starts very simply – with a little bit of advice and information. You can call our helpline and speak to one of our experts who will use all their experience to help you make a decision about what you want to do next.

We will tell you if, in our honest opinion, we think you have a good chance of winning your case, and if so how we think you can improve your chances.

    Open Claim Calculator

As a part of this we may suggest a medical assessment. This is to help us understand what should be counted as part of your claim so we can get the full amount of compensation to which you should be entitled.

We can even offer you a claims estimate. This is a rough guide to the amount of compensation we believe you should be able to claim. It’s only a rough guide, but this is something which can help you make decisions later in the case. For example if you are offered a settlement offer, we can help you decide whether this is something that you should accept or not.

    Paying for your claim

We can also help you pay for an accident claim in Fife. We know how badly this might be weighing on your mind which is why we work on the basis of no win no fee. This means that we only charge if we win which means you have a safer way of making a claim.

So if you’re looking for expert legal help in Fife, give us a call on 0800 689 0500, or 0333 500 0993 from a mobile.
