Frequently Asked Questions for expert injury lawyers in Chideock
Why did you become an injury lawyer?
I wanted to become an injury lawyer because I have always been interested in helping people. I’m quite squeamish so I knew I would never be able to do something physically helpful like being a nurse, doctor, dentist or vet, and I have always been fascinated by the “rights” and “wrongs” of our society, so I quickly realised that law was the avenue I wanted to pursue.
Specialising in personal injuries and compensation claims was something that happened almost by accident, but I the second I started doing this line of work I knew it was for me as I can help such a wider variety of people in a lot of different situations. It’s a pleasure seeing people get their lives back on track after they have been injured through no fault of their own.
Why did you want to work for Accident Advice Helpline?
Accident Advice Helpline is a fantastic organisation to work for and I was delighted when I was offered the position after my interview. They are a law firm, rather than a claims management company, with over 15 years experience in dealing with personal injury and compensation claims.
Being an injury lawyer with Accident Advice Helpline means that I can specialise in personal injury claims, rather than trying to master a number of different aspects of law all at the same time. As all the lawyers who work for Accident Advice Helpline are specialists you know there is an incredibly large network of individuals you can go to if you need any further information or support. I can also be 100% confident that my clients are going to receive the best possible legal advice and representation because we are such a professional and knowledgeable company.
Over the years AAH have developed a number of ways to best serve their clients, this includes simple ways for victims of accidents to get in touch with them (for example, either by calling their 24/7 freephone helpline, or completing the online enquiry form). They also offer a quick and simple 30 second test which will tell people straight away if they are likely to be eligible to make a claim, and even how much that claim might be worth.
How do expert injury lawyers in Chideock help?
Working as one of Accident Advice Helpline’s expert injury lawyers in Chideock means that I can help my clients in a whole variety of ways, no matter how they’ve been injured or how seriously. I am one of their first points of call when they decide they want to pursue a compensation claim, and it is a pleasure being with them every step of the way throughout the legal process.
I am therefore to explain the process, to help the gather all the evidence they require to make the claim and to process all the necessary paperwork, ensuring that everything is as hassle free for them as possible.
