Do you need an expert accident helpline to claim personal injury compensation?
If you have been through an accident such as a car crash, an injury at work or a fall in a public place, you will know that it is important to use all the help available to you, not only from a medical perspective, but in terms of legal advice to help you claim compensation.
If the accident you have endured was someone else’s fault, whether caused by a careless driver, a lack of health and safety measures by your employer or a broken piece of pavement, it is your right to make a claim for compensation. If you suffered an injury and did not make a claim at the time – perhaps due to personal circumstances or the impact of the stress caused by the situation – you may still be entitled to make a claim. As long as your accident happened within the past three years, was someone else’s fault and resulted in the need for medical attention, then you may well be able to receive compensation for your injuries.
No matter when or where your accident took place, if you would like to speak to someone there are many avenues available, such as an expert accident helpline or informative websites. Accident Advice Helpline also has a handy 30-second tool which allows you to check your eligibility to claim as well as providing you with an approximate compensation figure, based on the area of your body that has been injured, and how severely.
