Personal injury compensation claims

If you think you have grounds for filing a personal injury compensation claim you may want to contact us at Accident Advice Helpline for expert legal advice regarding any claim you think you could have. You need to have been injured in an accident which can be proved to have been no fault of yours within the last three years. This is true whether the accident was in the street, in a public building (such as a cinema or restaurant), at work or any other place.

If you have been diagnosed with a work-related illness for which you could not be held responsible for, then you might be able to claim personal injury compensation from your employer.

You can also claim personal injury compensation for any illness which was caused as a result of another person’s negligence. This could be food poisoning, for example, which you had after eating out.
