    If you have had an accident and have suffered some form of personal injury as a result, then the law allows for you to make an Essex no win no fee claim for compensation.

    However, it is important that you are aware that making a claim is not as simple as just being in an accident and being injured. There are certain legal requirements that must be met in order for you to make a legal claim for compensation.


    In order to be able to be eligible to make an Essex no win no fee claim for compensation you need to meet the requirements listed. Your solicitors will be able to provide you with more information on all of these points but generally speaking provided that:

    • You have suffered any form of personal injury as a result of the accident (this can be physical or psychological)
    • The accident was not your fault (or was at least not solely your fault)
    • The accident occurred within the last three years (or it is no more than three years since you became aware of your personal injury in the case of illness or industrial disease)
