"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    Erewash accident claims helpline

Are you looking for an Erewash accident claims helpline because you’ve been injured as a result of someone else’s negligence or reckless behaviour? If you’re reading this, you’ve found exactly what you need.

An Erewash accident claims helpline for your convenience

We are Accident Advice Helpline, a nationwide law firm with a 24/7 hotline that can be reached by anyone who needs our services, whether they live in Erewash or anywhere else in the UK.

We deal only with accident claims, as well. This is our specialist area, and all our solicitors are dedicated to fighting personal injury claims on behalf of accident victims.

It’s easy to get started with a claim when you choose Accident Advice Helpline, so why not call us today?

    How the process works

The first step is to ring our helpline and speak to an advisor. All our advisors are professional and friendly, so you can be confident that if you have any questions, they will be able to give you the answers you need.

    Open Claim Calculator

Your advisor will ask you some questions, too, so that they can make sure they have all the information they need from you. The information they take down will enable them to tell you whether you’re eligible to claim, and if you are eligible, they can then pass your information to one of the solicitors on our legal team.

At this point, the solicitor assigned to your case will work on your behalf. It’s their job to liaise with insurers and any other agencies that may be involved in your case. They will also take care of any paperwork for you. All their work is done on a no win no fee basis, too.

    Who can claim compensation?

Anyone who has been injured in an accident that has been caused by someone else could make a claim and, if they win their case, they will receive compensation.

The kind of accident doesn’t matter. People can be involved in workplace accidents, slips and falls in public, road traffic accidents, and other incidents. What does matter is that someone else caused it.

The severity of the injury doesn’t matter, either. Whiplash can be claimed for, just as a brain injury can be claimed for. Also, the injury doesn’t have to be physical. You can claim for a psychological injury, such as depression or anxiety. Provided there is medical proof of an injury, it could lead to a claim.

To find out more about making a claim, get in touch with Accident Advice Helpline as soon as possible, because there is a deadline for making a claim. You must begin the process within three years of the date on which you were injured.

    Call 0800 689 0500 from a landline, or 0333 500 0993 from a mobile, now.
