"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    East Sussex personal injury claims

Accident Advice Helpline was set up to provide a high quality personal service to everyone in the UK. This service isn’t affected by where they live or their financial status. This means that if you live in East Sussex we can offer a service which is simple, professional and will give you the best possible chance of getting justice for your claim. To find out more about what we can do and how we work, give us a call.

    What we do

We were set up in the year 2000, to make it easier for anyone who was considering making a claim to get the justice they deserved. At the time, the landscape was pretty tough for all prospective claimants. The end of legal aid had made it more expensive to make claims. The amount of advice from official sources was declining, and it was becoming considerably more difficult. Although the removal of legal aid was motivated by a desire to make it easier and less complicated, it had the effect of placing barriers to the legal system for anyone who didn’t have huge reserves of cash.

    Our approach

We think that if you are deciding on East Sussex personal injury claims, you shouldn’t have to glance anxiously at your bank balance before deciding whether or not you could make a successful claim. Instead, we have decided that if we could work on the basis of no win no fee, we could open up the legal system to everyone – not just those who can afford it. It was a simpler way of working from our point of view, and much fairer all round.

    How does it work?

But how does no win no fee work in practice? The basic principle is – as the name suggests – that if you do not win your case you will not have to pay a single penny in legal fees. It removes much of the financial risk associated with making a claim and it also ties your interests closely in with those of your lawyer’s. You can have faith that he or she will always be working with your best interests in mind, as those are exactly the same as yours.

Making East Sussex personal injury claims

However, no win no fee is only one part of what we offer. We also work on the basis of giving you the best chance of winning. The ideal way to do that is to give you the best lawyer. That means someone who is not only extremely good at what they do, but who also have particular experience in your type of claim.
