"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    East Staffordshire personal injury claims

If you live in East Staffordshire personal injury claims can seem confusing. The law is complicated enough on its own, but more often than not it’s the sheer array of people offering you their services that can muddy the water. Accident Advice Helpline is of course one of those services, so what is it that we offer that other people do not.

    East Staffordshire personal injury claims

We are one of the largest personal injury law firms in the country and you may have seen our adverts on the TV. With that size comes the ability to help with almost any type of claim you can imagine together with the capacity to provide expert advice on almost any question you might have. As a result, we’re always willing to offer the benefit of our free claims hotline to anyone who needs it. The purpose of this is to identify ways in which you can claim and of course whether or not you have a good chance of winning. If so, what you can do about it. If we do think you have a chance of winning then we can look at ways in which you can make a claim.

    Paying for a claim

Like many firms in the country we offer no win no fee as standard with all our services. The benefit of this is that it reduces the risks associated with making a claim. You won’t need to worry about whether or not you win and how you’re going to pay legal bills because if we don’t help you win compensation, then we’ll waive all our fees.

Unlike some others, though, this is 100% genuine – there are no hidden clauses out there and we try to sneak in any hidden fees. Equally, we don’t use no win no fee to disguise sky high prices in case you do win. We’re always open about what you’re charged and at what point, so ours is a service you can use with confidence.

    Estimating your compensation

We also offer the ability to estimate the amount you might win through something called the 30 second test. This gives you a free compensation estimate which you can use as you move forward with a claim.

    Open Claim Calculator

The benefit of this is not that it gives you a definitive figure – but simply gives you the chance to understand roughly where you are and how much your claim might entitle you to if you are successful. It may come in handy later on when you’re assessing the value of any compensation offers which come your way.
