    Dear Esther accident

You’ve probably noticed a familiar face on this website. That’s right: it’s Dame Esther Rantzen, the famous broadcaster who entertained the British public for over 20 years as the presenter of ‘That’s Life!’ and appeared on many other programmes.

She is the patron of Accident Advice Helpline, and because of her work as a consumer rights campaigner, we are delighted to have her endorsement.

If you’ve suffered an injury because of something that has happened to you as a result of another person’s reckless behaviour, or the negligence of a particular agency (such as the management of a shopping centre), you’ve had what might be called a Dear Esther accident. That is, you might have considered writing to Dame Esther herself to seek her advice on what to do!

We understand why someone might feel the need to write to Dame Esther, too. When something unjust has happened, people often want to share their experience with someone.

However, Dame Esther herself is not a solicitor who specialises in personal injury claims, and a solicitor is exactly what you need if you want to get compensation for your accident.

At Accident Advice Helpline, we have a team of solicitors who will be pleased to deal with your claim. They’ll work on a no-win, no-fee basis for you, too. This gives you peace of mind as your case progresses, as does knowing that you’re dealing with a reputable law firm with more than 15 years’ experience of helping clients to make claims.

Who qualifies to make a claim?

If you were in an accident that someone else caused, and you suffered personal injury because of it, you could be eligible to claim.

Just make sure you don’t delay in bringing proceedings against whoever was responsible for your injury. There’s a deadline of three years from the date on which you got injured.

You can claim for physical or psychological injuries, so whether you’ve suffered a broken bone or a period of anxiety and depression, we could help you.

We take on cases that have arisen from a variety of accidents, from minor traffic collisions to motorway pile-ups, and from trips and falls in offices to machinery accidents in factories. Whatever’s happened, you could qualify for compensation, so it’s advisable to get in touch with Accident Advice Helpline as soon as you can.

Contact us today. Get started by taking the 30-second test on our website to check your eligibility, or by calling our hotline on 0800 689 0500 from a landline or 0333 500 0993 from a mobile.
