Is there a time limit to make my Connah’s Quay claims?

UK law dictates that if you are a British resident over the age of 18 years of age then you have a maximum of three years to present your petition before a court. If you are a resident of Scotland then the three year period begins from your 16th birthday.

If your no-fault accident occurred whilst at sea then your time frame for settling a claim is reduced by a third to two years. So it is therefore vitally important that you get in touch with Accident Advice Helpline as soon as possible to provide your injury solicitor with as much time as possible to spend on your Connah’s Quay claims.

Accident Advice Helpline are delighted to offer all callers a free and honest appraisal of their injury claim and some seasoned advice on how to best proceed with their injury claim. You can be confident in the reliability and trustworthiness of all Accident Advice Helpline injury lawyers.
