Brancaster is a village and civil parish located on the northern coast of the county of Norfolk and is situated around three miles west of Burnham Market, 22 miles North of King’s Lynn and 31 miles north west of Norwich. The village gained some notoriety in the 1950’s and 1960’s when it was discussed as a potential location for a launching site associated with a possible British space programme. If this had gone ahead it would probably have led to the village being destroyed and the residents relocated, but the plan was eventually shelved when oil rigs began to be installed in the North Sea creating a slight risk of any re-entry material associated with a space program crashing into the rigs. This meant that the village therefore survived and is today home to a population of approximately 800, a relatively small amount which means that for injury lawyers Brancaster does not produce many compensation claims.

This compensation is awarded as a means of recompense for the combination of physical, emotional and financial pain that you have suffered as a result of your ailment.
How long is there to claim?
If your claim regards an injury you suffered as a minor, or deals with an industrial disease such as asbestos poisoning, there is no time limit as to when you can begin claims proceedings.
