"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

People often ask us why they should make a claim for compensation through a law firm such as ours, rather than claiming on their own. The fact is, they can make a claim by themselves, but by doing so they do not have access to all the benefits we can offer them. Benefits such as expert legal advice, supportive staff, and the services of an experienced compensation injury solicitor are only a few on offer.

    Expert legal advice

This is available via our helpline, which is staffed by advisors who are specially trained to deal with the needs of innocent victims of accidents. When you ring us for the first time, we will ask you a few simple questions about your accident, and let you know honestly if we think you have a legitimate claim.

Our staff will carefully guide you through the process of making a claim, so that you know exactly what is involved, and then give you time to decide whether or not you want to continue. If you do decide to pursue a claim, they will put you in touch with our best solicitor who will deal with your case, and represent you in court.

    Your claim for compensation

Many personal injury claims can be processed over the phone, so there may be no need to travel to your solicitor’s office, and although it is not possible to tell you how long your claim will take to finalise, we can reassure you that it will be managed proactively and efficiently by our staff.

Many of our customers do not need to attend court in relation to their claim, but some people will have to attend an independent medical assessment. If this is the case, or if you need to travel in relation to any other aspect of your claim, your expenses can be added to the final total, if you keep all your receipts.

All our lawyers work on a basis of no win, no fee. This allows you to start a claim for compensation without having to pay any legal bills upfront, and if you win your case you can claim your solicitor’s fees back from the other side. This means that there is little financial risk to you in starting a claim for compensation.

One of the main benefits of making a claim through a specialist law firm such as Accident Advice Helpline, is the fact that we have the backup of a strong team of in-house lawyers who all specialise in personal injury claims. You can rest assured that your compensation injury solicitor will be experienced in dealing with your type of accident, and will work hard to obtain the compensation you deserve.
