    Compensation in Tower Hamlets

Those who are familiar with London will recognise Tower Hamlets as one of several London boroughs that exist in the centre of the city. Since this is in London, it does have a high population of around 284,000 people. When you consider the area is comprised of about 7.63 square miles, you can see how dense the population is. There are some residents each year who will have good cause to think about compensation in Tower Hamlets, perhaps resulting from an accident of some sort. That’s what we are going to focus on here.

While some residents might be involved in accidents in this part of London, there is also the potential for visitors to the area to be caught up in accidents while they are there. Both instances are rare, especially given the population amount, but they are worth taking into account.

Accidents at work and while out and about

You never know when life is going to put something challenging in your way. For instance, we never really get much notice that an accident is going to happen. You might be crossing the road and be hit by a vehicle that is travelling through a red light. You might be struck by a cyclist who is on the pavement or on the wrong side of the road.

Similarly, accidents might potentially happen at work on occasion as well. They are rare, mostly because the health and safety rules in operation prevent most of them from happening. However, there is always a chance something could still go awry.

Could you be entitled to make a claim?

There is a possibility you could claim compensation in Tower Hamlets if your accident was the fault of a third party. That third party could be a driver, a cyclist, a council or even an employer – it all depends on the situation.
