"If you've been injured through no fault of your own you could be entitled to compensation. If you're unsure if you could claim, I recommend you call Accident Advice Helpline."

    Compensation claim provider

Have you suffered a personal injury as a result of an accident? Was that accident someone else’s fault? If it was, then providing you meet the rest of the qualifying criteria, you have every chance of making a successful compensation claim. Finding a good compensation claim provider is not as easy as it seems. You need to ensure that the company dealing with your claim can process your claim quickly and efficiently, and has plenty of experience in personal injury claims.

Three things a compensation claim provider should ask you

There are three criteria that all personal injury claims should comply with to be successful. Your accident should have happened within the last three years, you should have suffered personal injury requiring medical attention as a result, and the accident should not have been your fault.

If your personal situation means you can answer, ‘Yes’ to all these questions, then you should proceed with looking for a compensation claim provider. There are many firms of solicitors who deal with personal injury claims. Some may be local to you whilst others may be dealing with people on a national basis.

One of these is Accident Advice Helpline, who have been helping people make successful claims for over 15 years. They are one of the longest-standing and most experienced personal injury claims providers in the country.

    No obligation

If you wish to speak to someone about your personal circumstances, then you can call Accident Advice Helpline via their free helpline on 800 689 0500 (0333 500 0993 from a mobile phone). Their advisors are fully trained and have experience in helping people in your situation.

    Open Claim Calculator

Your initial call places you under no obligation, although if you wish, they can deal with your claim for you. You will be given what is called a 30-second test, so that the adviser can assess your eligibility to make a claim. Once you have completed this test, you may be given an estimated payout figure. This will have been calculated using a compensation calculator tool and should not be taken as a guarantee. No payout is ever guaranteed until the case is completed.

Accident Advice Helpline works with a team of expert solicitors, all of whom work under the no-win, no-fee agreement. Of course, no compensation claim is free and all potential costs and fees will be clearly explained to you by your advisor.

Most claims can be handled entirely by telephone, with no need for a face- to-face meeting; you may need to attend a further medical appointment to get more details about the extent of your injury.

A good compensation claim provider will be able to handle your claim remotely, based on the evidence you can provide. It is always a good idea to have as much information to hand before you call, so that they have a clear picture of the situation.
