    Compensation claim in Liverpool

Are you ready to make your compensation claim in Liverpool?

If you live in Liverpool and have been injured in an accident that you can prove was not your fault, you may be eligible to make a compensation claim in Liverpool. If you believe that you have a claim to make for injuries, arising from any kind of accident, contact us at Accident Advice Helpline.

Making a compensation claim in Liverpool

Besides being able to prove that your accident was not your fault, you also have to prove that it was the fault of another person. That is because there must be someone who can pay compensation for your injuries. If, for example, an owl flew into the windscreen of your car and caused you to crash into a tree, you would not expect to be able to make a compensation claim against it.

On the other hand if you were injured in an accident involving a stray farm animal, then it is possible that you could make a claim against the farmer. Farmers have a responsibility to maintain hedges and fences so that their animals stay in their enclosures.

    Beginning the claims’ process

To begin the claims’ process you should first of all call us at Accident Advice Helpline and talk with one of our expert advisers. He or she will ask about your accident and injuries. When you have told them about the circumstances surrounding your accident, they can tell you if you really do have a claim to make.

If you do have a valid claim, you can begin the claims’ process over the phone. Most claims can be processed in this way.

Don’t delay phoning us, as you may not have very much time left to file your claim. Sometimes you have to make a claim within months of an accident, although normally you have three years from the date of an accident that happened in the British Isles to file a claim for injuries arising from it.

Find out now how long you have left to make your claim. After the deadline for making it is up it would be almost impossible to file it unless you can prove that there had been exceptional circumstances which prevented you from filing it within the specified period.
