Accident Advice Helpline is one of the leading accident management companies claims personal injury compensation on your behalf. We have over 200 legal partners all over the UK who we refer personal injury cases to.

Here’s the story of one claimant:

How did your personal injury occur?

I was on my way to work, it was around 8.30am. As I was driving BANG! A car hit the passenger side. It had gone through a red light at some speed. My car being a small Citron Saxo and the other person’s car being a larger VW Passat meant that the impact had caused the car to be pushed along the road.

Luckily I was wearing my seatbelt otherwise I would have been thrown through the window. I did however bang my head and shoulder on the driver side window and suffered whiplash.

    What happened next?

Luckily quite a few people stopped to help. I was unable to get out of the car at first. Somebody had called the police and ambulance. The police made both me and the other driver take a breathalyser test (off course I hadn’t been drinking!). Though I was in a daze I remembered taking down the details of the witnesses that had been kind enough to stop and help. I was also given an incident number from the police. I was then taken to Accident and Emergency.

    What injuries did you suffer?

I had whiplash. I also had bruised my chest and there was muscular damage around my shoulder and neck. The full impact of my injuries I didn’t feel until a few days after. I had nerve pain all the way down my right arm. I also suffered from severe headaches.

How did you find out that accident management companies claims compensation on your behalf?

A friend of mine had an accident at work a few months ago. She mentioned how the accident was also not her fault and that she had contacted Accident Advice Helpline and they had helped her claim compensation. It cost her nothing so I figured I had nothing to lose.

I had a quick look at the website, it all seemed very straightforward. I took the 30 second online test and it told me that I was entitled to make a claim. After speaking to one of the friendly advisers I decided I would proceed with the claim. They put me touch with a very helpful solicitor in my city. I didn’t have to fill in any long forms; most of the claim was handled over the phone. I had a couple of medical assessments and they were all arranged by my solicitor. It was all so easy.

    I was awarded £5,500!

Would you recommend Accident Advice Helpline to others?

Yes – absolutely!  One of the few accident management companies claims compensation with your best interests in mind.
